"Winter Sky" Original Watercolor Painting by Sandy Tyler

Waves of blue, gray, and plum radiate throughout the sky whilst the sun sets. Empty branches with remnants of snow. The sun leaves warmth, hope for brighter days.

This 6" square painting is framed in a handmade pine frame and sealed with Tung Oil. The painting itself was created on FSC certified Aquabord with handmade soil watercolor. It is sealed with a honey and casein fixatif, eliminating the need for glass. There were no harsh chemicals or plastics used in the creation or finishing of this artwork.

Artwork was created by me, Sandy Tyler, in Ohio using the most sustainable materials I could find. Most materials are made by artisans in the USA.
