"Surgery Sunrise" Originial Watercolor Painting by Sandy Tyler

Puffy clouds sparkled in the morning sun. The dim road grew brighter as the hospital neared. With so much anticipation and fear, the rainbow sky brought a calmness and joy. No matter the outcome, it would be a lovely day.

This 6" square painting is framed in a handmade pine frame and sealed with Tung Oil. The painting itself was created on FSC certified Aquabord with handmade soil watercolor. It is sealed with a honey and casein fixatif, eliminating the need for glass. There were no harsh chemicals or plastics used in the creation or finishing of this artwork.

Artwork was created by me, Sandy Tyler, in Ohio using the most sustainable materials I could find. Most materials are made by artisans in the USA.
