"Autumn Sun Over 126" Original Watercolor Painting by Sandy Tyler

The sun glowed through branches, casting long shadows on the road. Leaves were turning brown but seemed brighter, bolder, more alive in the light. "Welcome" the sun seemed to say, as if beckoning to start a journey on a crisp, fall morning.

This 6" square painting is framed in a handmade pine frame and sealed with Tung Oil. The painting itself was created on FSC certified Aquabord with handmade soil watercolor. It is sealed with a honey and casein fixatif, eliminating the need for glass. There were no harsh chemicals or plastics used in the creation or finishing of this artwork.

Artwork was created by me, Sandy Tyler, in Ohio using the most sustainable materials I could find. Most materials are made by artisans in the USA.
